Pathways to Lower Health Prices documents and analyzes state bills introduced in 2022 that aim to lower health care prices for consumers. We focused our analysis on affordability studies, basic health program buy-ins, health care cost control measures, Medicaid buy-ins, public options, single-payer programs, and subsidy programs.
